The program offered a comprehensive insight into four key areas: science and research, software infrastructure, operational organization, and service promotion. In addition to purely practical topics such as comparing reservation systems for study rooms, managing SharePoint hubs, and sharing experiences with the transition to in-house cleaning, the discussions also touched on legal disputes in the area of e-attendance and GDPR. There were also reflections on trips abroad and a presentation of a new navigation application to guide readers to the right bookshelf.

The full report can be read in Magazine M (in Czech language only).
